Track Order
We know how exciting it is to wait for your order, and we want to make it easy for you to follow every step.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. From there, you can track your package in a few simple ways.
1. Check Your Email
After your order has been shipped, look for an email from us with the subject:
“Your Zaidni Order Has Shipped”
This email includes:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
Just click the link in the email to see the latest updates on your shipment.
2. Track Through Your Account
If you’ve placed an order with us, you already have an account — even if you didn’t manually “sign up”.
Simply:
- Log in to your Zaidni Store account on our website.
- Go to “My Orders” or your order history.
- Select the order you want to track to see:
- Current order status
- Tracking number
- Any available delivery estimate
This is a convenient way to keep all of your orders and tracking details in one place.
3. Track Through the Shop App (Shop Pay Orders)
If you checked out using Shop Pay or are using the Shop app:
- You can track your order directly inside the Shop app,
- You’ll see real-time updates, delivery estimates, and notifications as your package moves through the shipping process.
Just open the app, go to your orders, and select your Zaidni Store order to view tracking.
Important Note
You can track your order in three ways:
- By clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- By logging into your account on our website and viewing your order details.
- If you paid using Shop Pay or use the Shop app, you can also track your order directly inside the Shop app.
Use whichever option is easiest for you.
4. When Tracking Becomes Available
- Tracking usually becomes available as soon as your order is marked “Shipped.”
- Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the first tracking updates to appear (sometimes carriers take a little time to scan and update packages).
- Some shipments, especially international economy parcels, may have limited tracking, which only updates at major checkpoints (for example, when the parcel leaves or enters a country).
If you don’t see any updates right away, don’t worry—it often just means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet.
5. Following Carrier Updates
You can also track your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website (for example: USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.):
- Visit the carrier’s website.
- Enter your tracking number.
- You’ll see detailed scan events like:
- Accepted / Received
- In Transit
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
6. Need Help?

- Your tracking shows no movement for several days,
- The package appears stuck or delayed,
- Or you simply feel something isn’t right,
