Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and with zero stress.
Below is a clear overview of how shipping works with our store.
1. Order Processing & Production
Each item is made just for you — we don’t keep bulk stock.
- Production time: Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after your payment is confirmed.
- Start of processing: We begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed, so please double-check your details before confirming at checkout.
- During busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), production may take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, typical shipping times are:

United States (Standard Shipping):
Usually 2–5 business days after the order leaves the facility. -
United States (Expedited / Priority Shipping):
Around 2–3 business days after shipment, when this option is available at checkout. -
International Shipping (outside the US):
Usually 10–30 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and local postal services.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections, local courier delays, or peak seasons may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.

Standard Shipping (US):
Affordable, reliable shipping. For many products, standard rates start around $4.75 for the first item, with a smaller fee for each additional item (exact rates may vary by product and destination). -
Expedited / Priority Shipping (US):
Faster delivery for an additional fee. This shortens the shipping time, but production time (2–7 business days) still applies. -
International Shipping:
The cost depends on the product, destination country, and quantity.
Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
4. Free Shipping
We love rewarding bigger orders.
- Free standard shipping for US costumers is available on all orders over $49 (cart subtotal, before tax and after discounts).
- If you choose Expedited / Priority or any upgraded shipping method, additional fees will still apply even if your order qualifies for free standard shipping.
5. International Shipping
We are happy to ship to most countries worldwide.
- International delivery times are usually 10–30 business days after shipment, depending on your region and local postal services.
- Some countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing or local courier capacity.
- Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays.
If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver there.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by your country’s customs office are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs office.
We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower merchandise value than the actual amount.
7. Order Tracking
We know how exciting it is to follow your order.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
1. You can use this number:
- On the carrier’s website, or
- On our “Track Order” page (if available on our site).
2. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder, then
- Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
For some destinations or specific shipping methods, tracking may be limited or only available until the parcel enters the destination country.
8. Shipping Addresses
To avoid delays or returns, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- Full name
- Street name and house/building number
- Apartment/suite/floor (if applicable)
- City and state/region
- Postal / ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number (often required by carriers for international shipments)
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we can often reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Occasionally, carriers and logistics partners apply new restrictions that affect where we can ship.
- We currently cannot ship to certain restricted destinations (for example: North Korea, Russia, Belarus, some regions of Ukraine, and any other locations where our carriers cannot deliver).
- If your order cannot be delivered to the address provided due to carrier restrictions, we will contact you to discuss options (such as an alternative address or a refund).
10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Your happiness matters to us, and we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Delayed Orders
If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated time:
- Please first check the tracking information.
- If there is no update for several days, contact us and we’ll help check with the carrier.
Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost if:
- The tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or
- The carrier marks it as lost.
If you believe your package is lost:
- Contact us with your order number and tracking number.
- We’ll investigate with our shipping and production partners.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or other suitable solution according to our and our partners’ policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or incorrect items:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
