We want you to love every item you order from us! Because every product is freshly printed just for you, we have a few simple guidelines to keep things fair for everyone.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number so we can make the changes before production starts. We’ll confirm everything with you right away!

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items (such as “I changed my mind,” “wrong size,” or “didn’t like the color”). Once an order is printed and shipped, it can’t be returned just for convenience. Please double-check the product descriptions, photos, and model with finish before ordering — we’re happy to answer any questions beforehand!

Note for our EU customers: Because every item is made to order and freshly printed to your exact specifications, the standard 14-day cooling-off / withdrawal period does not apply under EU regulations. We still stand behind our products with a full 30-day quality guarantee (see below).

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design, wrong item, etc.), we’ve got you covered.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Send us a quick photo or two showing the issue along with your order number.
  • We’ll review it right away. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund for that item.
  • You don’t need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to.

We aim to make this as smooth and stress-free as possible — just reach out and we’ll take care of it!

Orders Returned Due to Wrong Address

If an order comes back to us because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll refund the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable in this case — the delivery attempt was already made and paid for. (No action needed from you — the carrier handles the return automatically.)

When We Offer Refunds

  • Full refund (including shipping) if you cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before production starts).
  • Full refund or free replacement for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Partial refund (product price only) if the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

How Much You’ll Get Back

We refund the product price. Shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when we made an error (wrong item or damaged on our end).

How Long It Takes

Once we approve your refund, we’ll process it within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation, and the money will go back to your original payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit — totally normal!
