ZAIDNI LLC ("ZAIDNI", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We make apps and games and run this website, zaidni.com. For any question about this policy or your information, write to contact@zaidni.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the messages you send us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that app does, because every app works differently (see section 12). Where an app's policy and this policy differ, the app's policy applies to that app.

3. Information we collect

When you visit this website

• The website has no accounts, sign-in, forms, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
• Fonts and images are served from this website itself. No third-party scripts are loaded.
• Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. These logs are needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you email us

• If you write to contact@zaidni.com, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, your message and anything you attach.
• We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or health information.

4. How we use information

• To deliver this website, keep it secure and prevent abuse (server logs).
• To answer your messages, give support and improve our apps (emails).
• To comply with the law and protect our rights, where needed.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.

5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases:

• Legitimate interests: to run and secure the website, and to reply to messages you choose to send us.
• Contract: when you write to us about an app you use, to help you with it.
• Legal obligation: when the law requires us to keep or share information.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers that run this website and our email for us, under their own security and privacy obligations (our hosting and email provider is Namecheap).
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of ZAIDNI, our users or others.
• If ZAIDNI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

7. International transfers

ZAIDNI LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When information is transferred from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep information

• Server logs: kept for a limited time by our hosting provider under its standard practices, then deleted.
• Emails: kept only as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

9. Security

The website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We limit who can access our email and hosting accounts and protect them with strong passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or restrict how we use it, and receive it in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

To use any of these rights, email contact@zaidni.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply within the time the law requires. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Our apps

Each app has its own privacy policy, shown in the app and on its Google Play listing:

Purchases in our apps are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment card details.

13. Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, such as Google Play. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this website.
