These terms apply to zaidni.com (the "website"), run by ZAIDNI LLC ("ZAIDNI", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Our apps

Each of our apps has its own terms of use, shown in the app and on its Google Play listing. Those terms, not these, apply when you use an app. Downloads and purchases through Google Play are also governed by Google Play's terms.

3. Using the website

You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial information. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, republish or sell the website's content, except as the law allows;
• try to break, overload, scan or get unauthorised access to the website or its servers;
• use bots or scrapers to collect content in bulk;
• use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

4. Ownership and trademarks

ZAIDNI, the ZAIDNI logo, our app names and logos (including KIWAMU), and the text, images, animations and design of this website belong to ZAIDNI LLC and are protected by law. Using the website does not give you any right to use them. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

5. Ideas and feedback

We welcome ideas. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve our apps and services without any obligation or payment to you.

6. Information on the website

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or information that has changed. Descriptions of apps are for general information. Apps marked "Coming soon" may change, be delayed or not be released.

7. Links to other sites

The website links to other sites, such as Google Play. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the website at any time, without notice. We are not responsible if the website is unavailable for any period.

9. No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, ZAIDNI makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZAIDNI LLC and its members, managers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Responsibility for misuse

If you misuse the website or break these terms, you are responsible for any claims, losses or costs that result for ZAIDNI, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Wyoming, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

13. General

• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a part of these terms, that does not mean we give up the right to do so later.
• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and ZAIDNI about the website.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
